This is Step Two of the Heartcode BLS course offered by the American Heart Association.

It is an in-person, hands-on skills assessment.

Students must complete Step One which is the online portion of the Heartcode BLS BEFORE taking their skills assessment.

This is a fully in person BLS Provider course led by a live instructor.

This course covers adult, child, and infant BLS (basic life support).

This course is suitable for healthcare professionals.

Students are issued a BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association upon course completion which is valid for two years.
